COMPREHENSIVE PROPOSAL for RECONCILIATION in PALESTINE-ISRAEL

Comprehensive Proposal for Reconciliation (CPR) is a roadmap for Palestine-Israel to transition through the internationally agreed-upon two-state solution into a pragmatic federation. Its strength is its phased approach to ensure the safety and equality of all the people in the region based on universal human rights.

Why a Federation?

A federation is a type of government that balances local and central powers. Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, the UAE, and the USA are just a few of the many countries with a federal system.

A federation has numerous advantages:

  1. strong legal safeguards to guarantee individual and minority rights, in both the regional and the national governments
  2. an integrated education system that emphasizes democratic representation, safety, and equality for all the people in the region
  3. mutual economic support
  4. a path to unified defense across the entire land
  5. well-protected freedom of movement
